Delivery.

Majority of our products takes 7-14 business days to reach your address, sometimes this may vary depending on the shipping location and time of order. Mossaro products has an estimated delivery time mentioned next to the product description.

Tracking.

You will be provided with a tracking ID number via e-mail once you have made a purchase, you can than track on your order anytime you like. In some cases, depending on your product value and shipping route, tracking info will provide after a couple of days after your purchase or could be non-existent. In any case you will be notified via e-mail about your order status.

Duty & Tax Information.

Duties & taxes are not included in your mossaro shipping costs. It’s a customer responsibility to clear custom and pay the relevant custom duties upon delivery. We don’t add taxes or other hidden charges. In most of the countries, however, you must pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

If a package with a total declared value is LESS than the “de minimis value” amount, then duties and taxes will not apply. However, please be aware that certain items maybe subject to other types of fees or taxes according to international laws.
